2009 Homecoming Dinner/Gala Set The 2009 Alpha Phi Alumni Chapter dinner is set for Friday, October 30th at the Hilton Garden Inn in Colonial Heights, with cocktails and welcome from 5PM til 6PM and the program starting at 6pm. Click here for more information. |

Highest Kappa Alpha Psi Awards Two participants in our 2008 Homecoming Reunion Dinner, and friends of Alpha Phi, were recently awarded the highest honors in Kappa Alpha Psi. Brother Thomas Morehead was awarded the Laurel Werath, Kappa's highest honor and Brother Clarence Nelson, last year's Master of Ceremonies, received the Elder Watson Diggs Award, our second highest. |
The Alpha Phi Scholarship Funds In 2008 the Alpha Phi Chapter Alumni scholarship endeavour received generous donations from many brothers and friends, but notable were donations from the Reginald F. Lewis (Alpha Phi Spr '63) Foundation of $25,000 and jazz great Brother William 'Billy' Taylor (Alpha Phi '39) of $10,000. Here is a list of our contributors. |
